A major cable network is casting now for female reconstructive and plastic surgery patients who are planning a MAJOR FACIAL transformation.
If you have a birth defect, physical ailment, or facial deformity and plan to get corrective surgery, we want to talk to you! This inspirational new TV docu-series will follow people, before, during, and after recovery from major plastic surgery, to see the profound effect it has on their life afterwards.
We are only casting surgery candidates who need to get facial procedures (including dental) that will drastically change their look. This is NOT a weight loss show, if you or someone you know feels they need an EXTREME transformation and wants to share the journey, please submit.
You must be 18 and over to be considered for this project.
