Book overview
Dennis Fuller, a talented 20-year-old commercial pilot, is thrust into a world of uncertainty after surviving a devastating plane crash that leaves him with no memory of his past. While recovering in the ICU, he discovers an extraordinary ability: everything he touches turns into gold. Under the care of the enigmatic Nurse Starr Griffin, Dennis is manipulated into believing they share a fabricated past. Starr, driven by greed and ambition, exploits his newfound powers to build a secret fortune.
As Dennis’s memories begin to return in fragmented visions, he uncovers Starr's web of lies and her connection to a shadowy organization known as Aegis. Torn between trust and betrayal, Dennis must navigate his growing powers, Starr’s manipulations, and the ominous truths about his identity. Along the way, he forms a fragile alliance with those who help him question the motives of everyone around him, including himself.
Caught in a psychological battle of deceit and control, Dennis learns that his powers may be the key to something far greater—and far more dangerous—than he ever imagined. As the stakes escalate, he faces the ultimate question: will his abilities save him, or destroy everything he has left?
