Choice Digital Media is seeking models, actors and real people for a healthcare commercial shooting. Those with experience and those newer to the industry can also apply! The look and style of this spot highlights real people with character, a ruggedness and a positive glint in their eyes.

There are many roles to be filled quickly! Please follow the instructions below ASAP to be considered.

Production Company: Choice Digital Media: A world-renowned video production company creating engaging content for advertisement, branded content, product, medical, educational, and training videos.


Compensation: $2,000 to $3,000
Travel / Lodging: Provided, if applicable
Usage: Two (2) year television, three (3) year web
Conflicts: Any advertising (including print, television or online) for a healthcare commercial aired in the past three (3) years OR any high profile local commercial (car, retail, etc, ) aired in the past two (2) years.

[MALE SURGERY PATIENT*] Any ethnicity. Mid-20’s. A car accident victim in surgery.

[MALE PT PATIENT*] Any ethnicity. 40’s – 50’s. Doing physical therapy.

[AMPUTEE*] Male or Female. Any ethnicity. Doing physical therapy.
