Casting Call for Student Film

Angel is a guardian angel who has been assigned to help Rachel through this difficult time in her life. Her time on Earth is dedicated to helping Rachel move past David’s death and the pain it has caused her. However, the more time Angel spends with Rachel the more she comes to realize she may not want this assignment to ever get completed.

Rachel is a bubbly young woman with big dreams and potential . . . at least she was until a car crash killed her fiance David, the love of her life. Now, with the help of her therapist and her new roommate, Angel, she is working hard to make it through each day with a smile on her face. She spends a lot of her time thinking and David and the life they could have had, and doesn’t always look kindly on Angel’s advice.

Has been Rachel’s therapist since David’s crash and is the only person Rachel trusts enough to fully open up to. The therapist is attentive and full of good advice.

Will is handsome, kind, and everything Rachel could want in a man. Despite all of this it took him almost a month to get her to accept a dinner invite, so needless to say he is a bit excited!
