I'm casting ASAP and need people who are going to prison. I know that might seem like a strange request. There are many shows about people coming out of prison but not many about the days before heading to prison. We want to cover those days in a docu series for a major network. Pay is $1500-$2000.
Let's chat! I'll record a Zoom of you sharing your story, and then if you're chosen, a small crew will come to you wherever you live in the US.

"Final Days of Freedom" is a development project that documents the days leading up to convicts surrendering themselves to begin their prison sentences. The show will chronicle their activity as they come to terms with their sentence, have difficult conversations with loved ones, tie up loose ends, and make any final attempts to postpone or appeal their sentences.
The thematic goal of the show is to give convicts and their families the opportunity to tell their sides of the story to the world. In contrast to many other criminal justice themed programming, "Final Days of Freedom" will strive to humanize its participants and paint the full picture of how their sentencing affects not only them but everyone around them as well.
